Bank Balance as of 6/30/26 $4,249.03

Post Office – Next clean up in Oct or Nov.
Thank you to whoever weed-eated.
The plant swap on Tuesday June 23rd was a wonderful fun time of sharing and trading. Plants were sorted by like kinds. There was a free table with amazing treasures. There was a door prize plant, fun drinks and lots of cookies. Fellowship was fantastic for those who attended. Thank you Carol for hosting.
4th of July Parade Bake Sale- We will be set up closer to the dentist office than the church due to PGE poles left where we would need to set up. If you emailed that you could bake for the bake sale then please do and then we will be fine with what we have.
Progressive Lunch August 21st – See Debbie Bybee -There are 4 openings left

Other Business: Elections are in November. Be thinking about if you would be willing to be on the board next year.
Sunshine Report –Jeri Hartman – Long time member Merle passed away
Membership Report –No new members
Friends of the Library –The next book sale will be in Sept.
Birthday Lunch –July/August the next one coming up Let Norma or Debbie know if you have a suggestion of where to have lunch. (they must allow separate checks)
Next Meeting Information – August 5th at Bluestone Meadow Farm. John Havison will be our guest Beekeeper Speaker.
Side Trips –Kayaking every other Thursday. Contact Debbie Bybee-Crumpley if you want to be added to the group text.
Raffle – the next one will be in September.
Christmas Craft Fair –Will be the Friday and Saturday before Thanksgiving.
Christmas Party – 1st Wed. in December at the Shakespeare Club
Italian Theme-No need to provide plates they have been purchased.
Table Hostesses needed for 8 tables which means decorating the center
piece.

Tai chi and Senior Balance and strength classes on Thursday Yoga on Mondays at the Community Center
July 4th Pancake Breakfast 8am at the Comm. Center
Logging Day July 18th.
