Meeting called to order by Norma Ray at 11:00 a.m. (33 attendees)
- Pledge of allegiance led by Marilu Blau
- Request for additional Agenda Items – Boys and Girls Club (Maureen Julian) – a jar was passed around at the meeting for contributions to the Boys and Girls club
- Minutes from February 2017 Meeting

- Total at end of February $2,729.00

- Lifetime Members Sandy Adams and Pat Weideman were given their name badges.

- March Birthday Lunch – March 8, 2017 at the New Haven on Pony Express Trail at 11:30 (Janet Sullivan) – March Birthdays: Susan Nelson, Lorraine Mumm, Janet Sullivan
- Next Meeting – April 5, 2017 at Marlene Ruth’s Doll Museum from 10:00 to 11:30 followed by lunch at the Sportsman’s Hall. Contact Norma for information.
- Christmas Lunch – December 6, 2017 at the Sequoia in Placerville. Pat Scoggins has sign-up sheets (you may pay early, if desired)
- Sunshine (Marilyn Johnson) – Tom Schulz is in the Bay Area preparing for his second brain surgery.
- Library Maintenance (Pat Schoggins) – Marilyn Johnson will contact the Boy Scouts and Interact. The current schedule is:

- April – Leslie Sinclair and Sylvia Hamblin
- May – Jeri Hartman and Marilyn Johnson
- A major cleanup may be scheduled for June
- Craft Team – Sylvia Hamblin announced that twelve (12) Fairy Lights were crafted at the last meeting. The next meeting, on Tuesday, March 14, will be held at Sylvia’s home (6211 Terrace Drive, Pollock Pines) at 11:00 a.m. Bring a lunch – she will provide beverages and dessert.
- Fairy Lights will be finished
- Cinnamon Bundles will be made
- Bring glue guns, if available

- Arbor Day/Wildfire Preparedness Day – May 6, 2017 – 11:00 to 3:00 p.m. (Leslie Sinclair)
- Held at the Pollock Pines Fire Station on Pony Express Trail
- Seven (7) booths – Craft Fair and Bake Sale
- Interactive kids’ activity
- May be advertised on Safeway and Fire Station Marquees
- Community Pickers and Peddlers Fair – Sunday, August 27, 2017, at Back Roads Barn (Mary Bourn)
- DGC asked to set up croquet on lawn
- Three raffle baskets will be contributed
- Craft Team will be manning booth from 8:30 to 4:30 p.m.

- Holiday Craft Fair – Norma asked if we should pursue having a Christmas Faire in November since we will already be participating in 2 other fairs. General concensus was yes. Sometime in November at the PP Community Center (Norma Ray)
- Budget – Norma Ray
- Norma announced that this was the last opportunity for committee heads to submit budget items. The Board will meet the week of March 6 to finalize.

- PAWs ARC 2000 in San Andreas will have an Open House on May 13, 2017 (Pat Weideman)
- Wildlife Sanctuary (Performing Animals Welfare Society)
