July Bake $247 ($120 from Lauren’s pre-sale of cookie platters & $121 from Laura’s Wagon at the parade.
Dues this month $35
Total income $523.
Expenses $208. Flowers for Jenkinson Lake.
Bank Balance $4,562.54

There is still room for two people to sign up and bring an appetizer and two more can sign up and bring a dessert. (4 total) Call Debbie B.
Appetizers will be at Shelly Harman’s in Sierra Springs
Salad and breads will be at Alison Knight’s on Forebay
Desserts will be at Anne Strong’s on Canyon Edge
Getting pricing on “Flutter Flags” for Bake Sales – Leslie Sinclair has an extra umbrella stand that we can use.
New Business-
November Board Elections – All 4 positions are open Theresa, Becky and Anne have all served 2 years. Shelly has served one year. We need volunteers before the November meeting when the voting will take place.
November Craft Faire – Overall Coordinators, Carol – Bake Sale, Becky – Raffle, Theresa and Norma – Vendors. Norma already sent out advertising forms and vendor invitations. Decorating, (Jan ?) Set up and take down helpers needed.
Kim signed up to make signage.
Christmas Membership Party-
For a guest to come to this they must join by the November club meeting. This is a celebration for members and spouses.
We need 8 table hosts who will make the centerpiece arrangement for one table. The theme is Italian. Silverware and plates have been purchased.
The location will be The Shakespeare Club on Dec. 2nd.

Amie Torincasa has died. We are looking for an address to send condolences to one of her children.

Friends of the Library – Marilyn said thank you for our support of the library. There is a book sale coming up the Friday of Labor Day Weekend from 9-4 on 9/04
If you have any books to donate please contact Marilyn or drop them off at the library on one of their days they are open. You may also join Friends of the Library for $10 and you may volunteer to help at the book sale which will take place in front of the PP Safeway.
Birthday Lunch – – Debbie Bybee/Norma Locations TBD on Sept. 9th at 11:30.
Next Meeting Information – September 2nd at Bridal Veil Falls, no guest speaker scheduled. It is $10 cash only per car to park, car pooling is highly encouraged.
Raffle – Last one is in October at Carol Games house during our Oct. Meeting.

Kayaking – every other Thursday – Contact Debbie Bybee-Crumpley if you’re interested to be added to the group text. Next Kayak day is August 13th and then August 27th.
Joyce Martins Gardens, Sculpture and Art Gallery Private Tour to see her Fall Colors Nov. 11th. Contact Becky Lamoly if interested in going.
