I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful weather. I’m itching to get my veggie garden in, but I know I need to wait until Mother Nature snows on the blooming Dogwoods, or so they say!!!
Want to send out a big THANK YOU to Becky Lamoly for opening her home to our March Meeting with the Sierra Monarch Rescue. What wonderful work they are doing to restore the Monarch fly pattern up to the Sierra. If you were unable to attend the meeting, the minutes Becky sent out on 9 March has tons of attachments with info.
Birthday Lunches –
Birthday Jan thru April will be celebrated on April 8th at Public House (Theresa)
Debbie Bybee-Crumpley will coordinate 2 more birthday lunches between May and Nov – more details will follow as dates get closer.
April meeting is scheduled for April 1st at Denny’s in Placerville, they will do separate checks for lunch. Bring your partner or guests who are interested in local history, as our guest speaker is Randy Mitchell telling of the local stage coach robbery back in the 1800’s. If you need a ride or have space for riders let me know. Separate email will be distributed.
We have so many new faces, PLEASE wear your badges at the meetings.
