PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE
Greetings Fellow DGCers!
Thank you for your vote of confidence in the 2024 Dogwood Garden Club Board of Directors! Allison, Theresa, Lexa and I are very excited about the coming year. A big thank you to Debbie, Carol, Barbara and Maryann for their dedication to the DGC and for providing a fun filled year in spite of all the snow!
Thank you Sandra Morgan for arranging for us to have our first 2024 meeting at the Pollock Pines Community Church. We had a good turnout and everyone enjoyed the opportunity to catch up with each other, enjoy some fabulous food and watch the beautiful snow.
Our next meeting will be held at the Sierra Springs Owners Association Clubhouse at 4240 Sierra Springs Drive, Pollock Pines, CA on Wednesday, March 6th beginning at 10:30. The guest speaker will be Marlene Simon AKA the Plant Lady from UC Davis (weather permitting). Please bring your own lunch. For more information, please contact Allison Knight. We will also be holding our first raffle of the year next month! Debbie Bybee-Crumpley will be coordinating the raffle and will have some wonderful items for us. We are looking forward to seeing everyone in March and hopefully we will have some nice weather!
