June 2025 Bloomin’ News

President’s Message:
Hope you have been enjoying this beautiful weather we are having.  We had a small, but fun meeting at High Sierra Iris Farm.  We bought some plants, enjoyed the grounds and had lunch with friends.
Our July meeting will be on Wednesday July 2nd at Bridal Veil Falls Picnic area just off Hwy 50, (on the left of 50 just past the falls). Allison and I are planning on going this week to check things out, price, parking situation, etc.  More details to follow.
We had a very successful Wagon Train Bake sale, we made $400.  Thank you Debbie Bybee-Crumpley for heading this up and thank you to all who contributed baked goods, worked and did set up and take down.  I delivered the unsold baked goods to our very own El Dorado Hot Shots, they were thankful and dug in before I could get in my car!
Our next event is the July 4th Parade bake sale:  we will set up our area next to the Rotary Club at the El Dorado Savings parking lot.   Email will be going out this week with details.
Hope to see you at our next meeting
